The two men arrested were brothers Amador Rebollero (an ex-con aka Jose Ramos) and Dario Rebollero. Both men have criminal histories and could have gang ties. They were arrested shortly after the assault.

“This was not a fight. This was an unprovoked and vicious attack against spectators that has left one of them close to death,” prosecutor Deborah Hernandez said in a statement. “We have two defendants who show no remorse. … We will pursue this case to the fullest extent of the law.”
A court affadavit by Santa Clara County police revealed that the 32-year-old main victim is hospitalized and in critical condition after having surgery to relieve swelling and bleeding of the brain. His identity has not yet been revealed, nor has the identity of his cousin, who is shown in the video being punched in the head after trying to help.
The victims cousin said he was in line in the bathroom just before kickoff of the game against the Kansas City Chiefs when Ramos allegedly sucker-punched him, The victim allegedly bumped into Ramos, provoking the attack. Ramos allegedly said he “doesn’t like getting pushed” before striking the victim, who fell to the floor and struck his head.
Ramos is being held on $350,000 bail while Rebollero is held on $75,000 bail. Neither entered a plea and they will both return to court Oct 30.
This was the second fight at the newly opened Levi Stadium that has resulted in arrests this year.
